第十四屆中國國際女裝設(shè)計(jì)大賽全新開啟
中國國際女裝設(shè)計(jì)師大獎(jiǎng)賽已經(jīng)成功舉辦了13屆，是國內(nèi)最具權(quán)威和頂尖的創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)選拔賽事之一。本次大賽以“云尚天地 · 數(shù)創(chuàng)下城”為主題，征稿時(shí)間為期兩個(gè)月，你準(zhǔn)備好了嗎？！
設(shè)計(jì)源于內(nèi)心，設(shè)計(jì)師對女性時(shí)尚的定義遠(yuǎn)不止剪裁、面料和圖案，他們將在這個(gè)舞臺上通過對服裝細(xì)節(jié)的把控，通過圖樣、顏色表達(dá)出的象征意義，甚至小至一粒紐扣所傳達(dá)出來的信息，來為女性角色塑造鋪路，展現(xiàn)另一個(gè)世界的可能。

為進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大下城設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模和權(quán)重行業(yè)優(yōu)勢，提升“下城設(shè)計(jì)”的品牌影響力，確立“中國女裝看杭州，杭州女裝看下城”的目標(biāo)高地，緊抓直播經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展契機(jī)，挖掘和吸引優(yōu)秀設(shè)計(jì)師、知名網(wǎng)紅、直播機(jī)構(gòu)及孵化平臺等入駐下城，營造數(shù)字時(shí)尚全方位生態(tài)，促進(jìn)下城時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，為奮力當(dāng)好建設(shè)“重要窗口”“頭雁戰(zhàn)隊(duì)”排頭兵提供文化支撐。The 14th ChinaInternational Women’s Wear Design Grand Prix is to be held with mission of further expandingthe economic scale and weight industry advantages of the design serviceindustry in Xiacheng District, enhancing the influence of “Design from Xiacheng” and establishing the target highland of “China women’s wear inHangzhou and Hangzhou women’s wear in Xiacheng”. Throughthis event, it is expected to enable Xiacheng District to win and attract outstanding designers, Internet celebrities, live streaming institutions and incubation platformsin the context of the growing live streaming economy so as to create anall-around ecology of digital fashion, boost the fashion industry in XiachengDistrict, and make cultural contributions to the district’s playing the role ofa pacesetter of “important window” and “l(fā)eading wild goose”.
Requirements
1、根據(jù)大賽主題要求，原創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)完成2020年秋冬女裝系列設(shè)計(jì)效果圖：1.Design originally the 2020autumn and winter series of women’s wear and complete corresponding designrenderings according to the theme of the competition:（1）職業(yè)組為7套服裝設(shè)計(jì)作品（其中創(chuàng)意款2套，市場款5套）。職業(yè)組可提交作品成衣照片替代效果圖。(1)7 suits for the professional team (including 2 creative suits and 5 suits for marketing).Those in the professional team may submit photos of ready-made garments instead of renderingsfor their designs.（2）學(xué)生組為5套服裝設(shè)計(jì)作品（創(chuàng)意款為主）。
(2)5 suits for the student team (mainly creative).
2、參賽者遞交完整的參賽材料（設(shè)計(jì)方案：包括系列作品效果圖或成衣照片+200字以內(nèi)的設(shè)計(jì)說明、參賽報(bào)名表、身份證照片），參賽材料電子檔格式發(fā)送至大賽官方郵箱。 2. Participants should submit complete materials (design: including rendering or ready-makegarment photo for the series design plus design description of less than 200 Chinese characters, entry form, photo of ID card) in electronic format by sending them to the official e-mail address of the competition (chinafdc2007@163.com);3、參賽作品需參賽者本人原創(chuàng)，如有抄襲的參賽作品，將取消參賽資格和獲獎(jiǎng)資格；3.Entries for competition must be original designs of the participants. Should there be any plagiarizedones, the participants shall be disqualified for competition or awards;4、參賽作品所提交的個(gè)人信息及證件需真實(shí)有效。如提供虛假個(gè)人信息或證件，將取消作品參賽或獲獎(jiǎng)資格，并向有關(guān)部門進(jìn)行通報(bào)；
4.Personalin formation and certificates submitted together with entries must be authenticand valid. Those who submit false ones will be disqualified for the completionor awards and will be reported to relevant departments.
5、參賽者須嚴(yán)格遵守大賽紀(jì)律，配合賽程時(shí)間安排；
5.Participants must observe the rules of the competition strictly and follow the schedules and arrangements.
6、本屆大賽事宜最終解釋權(quán)歸大賽組委會所有。

Ways of participation
作品大小為A3紙尺寸：含作品效果圖、平面結(jié)構(gòu)圖、200字以內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)說明、面料小樣（8×8CM）、報(bào)名表（粘貼2寸證件照）、身份證復(fù)印件，所有作品資料請于2020年9月20日前以電子版格式發(fā)送到組委會指定郵箱,郵箱：chinafdc2007@163.com。大賽組委會設(shè)在杭州市服裝設(shè)計(jì)師協(xié)會，凡入圍的外地選手，參賽期間的食宿費(fèi)用由組委會承擔(dān)。
Entriesare required to be realized on an A3 paper: including rendering, plane structure drawing, design descriptionof less than 200 Chinese characters, fabric swatch (8×8 CM), entry form (with 3.5*5.3cmphoto for certificate), and photocopy of the ID card. All materials arerequired to be sent to the e-mailaddress designated by the organizing committee in electronic format as of 20 September 2020. Board and lodging expenses during the competition of non-localparticipants, whose entries are selected for the competition, will be paid bythe organizing committee.

內(nèi)容：邀請國內(nèi)外著名服裝院校教授、國內(nèi)外著名服裝設(shè)計(jì)師、國內(nèi)知名專家等組成初賽專家評審團(tuán)，對參賽作品進(jìn)行電子稿評分，評選出前30組（職業(yè)組、學(xué)生組各15組）入圍復(fù)賽。Time: At the end of September 2020Place: Hangzhou City, Zhejiang ProvinceDescription: Professorsfrom overseas and domestic renowned fashion institutes, well-known fashiondesigners at home and abroad, and renowned domestic experts will be invited to thepanel of experts for preliminary review, to score the electronic draft ofentries. The top 30 sets of works will be selected for the semi-final (15 setseach for professional team and student team).
內(nèi)容：邀請國內(nèi)外著名服裝院校教授及服裝設(shè)計(jì)師組成專家評審團(tuán)，對參賽作品設(shè)計(jì)師進(jìn)行視頻面試考核并打分，評選產(chǎn)生20組作品入圍決賽（職業(yè)組、學(xué)生組各10組）。3. Semi-final review (videointerview assessment)Time: Early to mid-October 2020Place: Hangzhou City, Zhejiang ProvinceDescription: Professors from overseas anddomestic renowned fashion institutes and well-known fashion designers at homeand abroad will be invited to the panel of experts for video interviewassessment of entry’s designers and give scores. The top 20 sets of works willbe selected for the final (10 sets each for professional team and student team).
內(nèi)容：職業(yè)組作品結(jié)合直播電商銷售評選出最具商業(yè)價(jià)值獎(jiǎng)，銷售成績計(jì)入決賽總成績；學(xué)生組制作展示視頻通過線上投票評選出最具新媒體人氣獎(jiǎng)，投票成績計(jì)入決賽總成績。Time: From the end of October 2020 to late November 2020Description: The selection criteria for best commercial value award for professional team’sworks is the sales volume of live streaming and e-commerce, and the salesvolume will be included in the final result; and, the selection criteria for bestnew media popularity award for student team’s work is online voting with theirvideos, and the voting result will be included in the final result.內(nèi)容：專家評審團(tuán)對20組決賽成衣作品走秀展示進(jìn)行綜合評分，結(jié)合各考核環(huán)節(jié)，評選出各類獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。Time: At the end of November 2020Description: Expert panel will score the comprehensive performances of runway show of 20 final ready-to-wear works, and setthe awards in combination with their scores in assessments.
